Not issued ticket

To whom this may concern,

I paid my ticket on June.06 and called them back to confirm the bank receipt and they confirmed twice with me that ticket has been issued and we will email you the e-ticket on your email.

it's been 2 days i keep checking my mail and there is only a reservation Itenarary i see they sent me. called them back and this lady called Leila said it's the same don't worry i will check and i will send you your confirmed ticket via your email.

right on same day i called her which was today morning, another staff from this IKB travel called Paras called me and said your flight has been cancelled. we can refund your money instantly & you can discuss this matter with Mahan Air.

i calle dMahan Air right away and they asked me my ticket number.

i had no ticket number, only reservation #. they said no whoever paid their ticket should have a e-ticket #.reservation means you haven't paid you only reserved it.

due to our downgrading problems we only cancelled the reserved seats not the issued seats. so it's your agency who forgot to issue your ticket the moment you paid.

so what should i do now? i planned all my life plans and schedule on this 11.july ticket and there is no seat for me.
