I moved to South Africa and am trying to reach Lloyds TSB to help me sort out an issue with my bank account.
I have called, answered the lengthly security questions, tweeted them (no response), sent 4 letters via snail mail.
It has become so frustrating and costly now, all for a very simple request!
I would not recommend using them to anyone!!
Customer service is shocking! Surely you should be able to reach them from another country without such expense!
