Unauthorised amount taken from credit card

I have discovered a debit amount of £44.99 taken from my credit card

I did not order a product from Dri*Symantec - www.Myford .com

This money was taken without my authority.

I have recently re-ordered my annual Norton Anti-Virus programme

at a cost of £39.99 which I accept.

Please advise me how this has happened and I wish to have my account credited with £44.99 as soon as possible
