Yes Loans
Fraud, Theft, etc

Hi i have had £59.50 taken off myself without my consent! they asked me to confirm i had abank as i was made bankrupt in may 07 so i needed to assure them i had a bank in place should a loan be approved, they never mentioned a fee or charge as i would of politley told them no as i did with welcome car finance as they explained a charge of £25 would be for there services of finding me a loan to which i declined, as i can do that myself without being charged! S o why would i then pay so other company £59.50? I am a carer for my mum and thats more than i get a week and they still havent replied to my emails and my bank are no use as they say as i gave my details its not fraud even though i didnt authorise or was i asked or told a fee would be needed! So basically if you ever give your card details to a company etc, and they decide to take money without your consent your bank wont help you either! I am thinking on going to the police as its been a month nearly now and i havent received an email from yes loans to even confirm they have received 1 of my 20 emails! but the terrible thing is there is surpossed to be a backlogue of emails to which i am not surprised as with all the complaints they must be receiving, but with the backlogue i have explained to them that the sales staff who are obviously working on a commision and numbers scenario and are just preying on the vunerable people who have ccj's, bankrupt, or just need some extra cash to get by etc, as they can keep doing it without being caught with the backlogue that i am imagining is now a month at least! I am thinking of going to the police as i have begged them to listen to my recorded phone call and it will verify all i am saying is true and that yes loans is very corrupt as are some of their staff etc! What are your next steps as i think they need to be brought to justice and the rest of the british public who are in need and vunerable like myself need protection and if the banks are not going to help then at least public awareness may provide some protection etc!
