Just an update as i have had a full refund from Yes / FRAUD / THEFT / Loans! after contacting them many times by phone and a now non existant email address, but i also contacted my bank and reported it as fraud also the police and trading standards and watchdog plus consumer direct who were in my opinion the best help by far! I advise anyone of the thousands if not hundreds of thousands who have fallen victim to the biggest scam that is taking place in the uk against the most vunerable people in the uk and nothing is really being done about it as it should be known to everyone that Yes Loans is a Scam Company who can get away with it only if you let them! So my advice is keep fighting and looking for someone who will listen and dont ever give up! If any advice is needed from myself feel free to call or email me! The funny thing is though on the letter accompanying the cheque (which i hope doesnt bounce! but am not even joking this after all is yes loans!) they apoligise that there service was not to their high standard (laughable!) and as i am unhappy with the service as a gesture of goodwill they will refund me (my robbed money!) here is the best, wait for it, its a punchline and a half, here goes they say " if there is anything else we can (rob) help you with in the future please do not hesitate to contact us!
