Miss-sold Premium package

Last year I set up a free listing on Qype. From that I was called by their sales team and after much discussion, persuation I was sold a 3 month trial of their premium package. I was told to click a link in an email and the sales guy stayed on the phone while I did this. I was told to ignor the fact that the invoice stated 12 months and that the account would revert back to a free listing after the 3 months. Today nearly 12 months on I received a call from qype demanding the remaining amount of £800 . I have had 1 very loosy linked enquiry from Qype within a week of opening the account. I have had no communication from qype stating that I have an outstanding balance. I am fully in the belief that the package was miss-sold to me and that I do not owe them anything.

Please can sombody help me. Where do I stand. There are similar posts here with the same stories. PLEASE PLEASE HELP
