My name is Wioletta Skowron, I am class 1 truck driver. I work for Pertemps, Old Marker, Bristol. On 9th December 2016 I received a text with job plan for 10th, 11th, 12th December which I immediately confirmed on a phone call with Pertemps employee named Jane. I informed her that 12th December was going to be my last day of work in the Bristol subsidiary. On 10 th December I arrived at the given destination i.e. CEVA Bristol and was informed that I was not on their drivers list. I called the night shift to get to know what was the matter with the job and I was informed than I was not included in the list of working drivers. On my way home I received a phone call from the same person I spoke with (the man from night shift) and he gave me a different job/destination, i.e Avonmouth (12 hours). For 10th December (Saturday) I was paid week day rate. On Sunday 11 th December I arrived at given destination Yearsley and again I was told I was not on the drivers list. I called the night shift but there no one knew what was tha matter but this time he did not give me any other job so I had to go back home. Around 8 p.m. on 11 th December I received a call from night shift informing me to be at Yearsley at 6 a.m on 12th December. I was not paid for Sunday 11th although I arrived at the given destination i.e. Yearsley. Later on I called Jane to get to know why I was not informed that my 11th December job has beeen cancelled and I got to knkow that she had understood that I rejected the jobs on 10th, 11th and 12th which was not the case as I was ready at the destinations. I would like to received the balance of wrongly calcutated rate for 10th December and not paid for 11th when I was ready for work but not received any.
