I am extremely disappointed with the service i have received from Zara online and the store on 333 Oxford Street.
I ordered 2 jackets online and they received in time before Christmas.
The one is wrongly sized and was too small. I tried to return it to the store on Oxford Street and their reply was the invoice wasnt original.
I emailed the customer service team early Jan and again on 22nd Jan 2013. I eventually got a reply on the 23rd saying I could download an invoice online and take it to the store.
This was the same thing I originally took to the store in order to return the item.
I took it to the store again today with this same invoice and they refused to return it. I dealt with a lady manager with short blonde hair and was a little difficult to understand. She was extremely rude and very unhelpful, she would not let me call the customer service from the store and she had extremely bad customer service skills.
I have been trying to return this item since i got back from holiday early January and have been unsuccessful
They now will not refund me for the product as we are 9 days over the returns date!
