If you search for phonesplaza (www.phonesplaza.cc.cc) you will see a lot ads with Buy 2 iphones 3G32GB and get 1 free by this guy named Jameal Cooks. Being the first time, I was kinda doubting but I tried on my own risk before doing deep researches. First, I contacted the seller Mario by chat, he offered to send me 3 by the price of 2. It was really tentative and convincing. So I went to Western Union and made the payment of $650 WUfee$56. I sent the MCTN and he contacted me by phone (phone # showed up) saying that he will ship the package for next morning bla bla. Next day, he says he couldn't deliver it bla bla and apologizes. So, Next morning he sends me an email saying that he couldn't deliver by FEDEX due to tech issue and large qeue and he sent from an unknown freight service "www.ontimeserviceltd.com" with a track #. No worries he says that they worked with them quite awhile. But also he says that there was a mistake in shipping that the company shipped 10 iphones instead of 3. So he said that I (who didn't asked or made the mistake) must cover for those 7 extra iphones and demanded me to pay $1700 so it can be delivered to my door. Went to the courier site and checked the Track #. And there was 10 iphones and status: In transit. Being totally absurd trying to make me pay to cover their fault I refused to pay it, and told them that the best solution I can give was sending back those 7 iphones untouched by the same courier. And he only started repeating "NO, NO, NO, NO, Just pay and get delivered, Go pay, etc" then it comes the supposed programmed delivery date, saw the status "Seized by customs" I contacted the courier company and they said it was seized at YVR vancouver Int Airport by request of the sender. Once again I contacted the phonesplaza and the response "we req. to seize it" once you pay we will release to deliver to you. I kept deniying and then they says pay half and other half later, pay $850, and other pay $850 receive 10 iphones then other guy will come and pay you $850 picking 7iphones. It sounded really fishy and not trustworthy. For an instance I wanted to check and asked, if that guy is coming to pick them up, why don't make him pay $850 and again with NOs. Then chat goes off, he calls me with restricted # telling that the internet had some prob. then he started saying go deposit bla bla same story. Then I said why don't I pay 400 and the other guy 450. Then he says OK. This guy was trying anything to make me pay any money he could get. I told him ok I'll tell you later the MCTN bla bla then hang off. I was getting really mad and checked from internet if there was something similar, the I popped up with some helpful sites with instructions of how to detect fake, fraud, scam sites. Entered to the courier website and started clicking here there and there was something fishy... most of the bottons were just blank bottons with no proper redirectings to information or was just copy/paste of different company. Even used "Whois" and I was so surprised to see "date created on sept. 2009". Totally fake courier site with no info of any partnership. Kept searching and found another 2 people who have problem with this courier but particularily this Bratislava guy who asked for iphones to M Mobiles Ltd. had the similar strategical quantity mistaken delivery problem, even worse this guy paid all so it could be delivered. But at the end it wasn't delivered at all. See for youself (google for ontimeservicesltd.com). I've asked for Refund, will see what he says, pretty sure the money I paid will not be refunded but I want these sites shutted down and responsible pay for this organized crime.
