I ordered business cards only about a month ago, and paid upfront via my paypal account, which is linked to my bank account, i was looking to start my own business at the time, but things changed, then out of the blue on 21st march i had an email from paypal stating vista print had made a withdrawel of £8.89, which paypal paid from my banking account, an investigation is now in place, because i have ordered nothing more, and i dont intend too. i rang vista print and they denied all knowledge of this transaction, even though it is recorded on my bank account, paypal account which i have printed, vista print uk have refused to pay me back the money they took, i have since reported them to the fsa, and consumer direct, this cant go on, and i will be taking it further until they return my money they stole from me. from mr. john jones.
