I purchased two vouchers from Groupon at a cost of £150, this was for a luxury yacht trip out of Southampton. To cut a long story short the trip was not on the advertised yacht, but a smaller and lot older one that returned to harbour 1.25 hours early. I have tried and tried to contact Groupon to get a refund but have had NO reply after an initial offer of a £5 time limited voucher. Their customer service is non existant. What can I do to get a response.
