My partner bought some business cards from vista print back in january. Last night she was looking at her online statements and saw a charge of 9.95 had been taken off her card for something called Vista Print Rewards. This is an unauthorised transaction.
She went to the vistaprint site and theres nothing about it, so she went to vprewards.com (which is under the Vista Print Trademark) and you need a membership ID to get into the site yet she has never been given one.
Emailing them just returns an automated response and even on her vistaprint account there is no mention of it.
We googled it and there is PAGES and pages of results were people have been scammed like this. I am just wondering if anyone else has had this happen?
Anyone have any ideas how to get the money back, and how to stop them charging it again? I cant think of anything other than canceling the current debit card.
