Tried three times to make complaint about poor service after several bad instances of delivery and or completion of order problems. After three minutes of various options got to speak to a customer service rep. I said I had a complaint and wished to speak to a supervisor or somebody in charge. This was refused and I was told I had to describe problem first. This I was reluctant to do as the dept I was speaking to was giving poor service. Despite me insisting I was refused several times so in end I explained (reluctantly) what the problem was so I could go through to a supervisor. After several minutes (6.5) of a premium rate call the operator at other end gave me a load of platitudes about my problems which is not what I wanted and again I asked to speak to somebody in charge. Incidentally the person I spoke to had a poor grasp of English and I had to keep repeating myself. I was refused again to speak to somebody in charge which I think is unreasonable. I buy a lot of products from Ideal World and as a customer I feel I was treated with utter contempt. I will be complaining in writing but feel I should publicise poor service to others.
