My grandmother was viewing a supposedly free dating site and was shocked to learn that global personals had deducted £125 from her account. She then had the misfortune of becoming ill and was admitted to hospital. I spoke with a lady at global, who at first denied all knowledge of the money being charged, was explained the situation and referred me to her colleague. The second lady then assured me that under the circumstances i need not worry as she had refunded the total amount and said that the money would go back into my grandmothers account instantly.
