The claims people took£854 from my credit card but told me it was a no win no fee service they gave me a refund of £273 but then said they would refund me all the money but still have not done this.i have emailed them and phoned but still have no reply this has been going on since 2010 .then paul mcarthy from claimpeople told me on 15th march he would send me a cheque out with the full refund paid and for me to allow 21day for this to arrive it has now been 32day and still nothing from them.
