Qoo Webservices ***** money from my account without my consent, I had a trial with them in November which was shocking as we go nothing from it, and cancelled out contract in December. However even after cancellation emails they still continued to take? 118.80 per month from my account, each time promising me a full refund, NO REFUND HAS BEEN GIVEN, THESE PEOPLE ARE JUST ********, DO NOT USE THEM, they will ***** your money and never refund you. A complaint has now been raised with the bank who allowed them to take money out of my account with our consent and if im still not happy im going to get legal advice. AGAIN DO NOT USE QOO WEBSERVICES... EVER...
