I applied for a loan from yes loans I have had exactly the same problem im furious how they just took my last £70 out of my account without authorising it I have passed the matter to consumer direct and trading standards about this the girl told me she wanted my card details for security purposes and told me the fee could be sent with the paperwork everytime I phone them I have to wait nearly an hour in a que when A lady answered the phone and I told her I wanted to complain she put me back in the que after waiting another 45 mins I finally got through to someone and he took all my details and said he was going to get the call listened to and phone me back on Thurs 25th feb Im still waiting I have wrote them a letter and sent it by recorded delivery but I have been informed from trading standards that it could take up to 6 months for the money to be refunded. This company should be reported to watch dog its one big scam.
