This company sent me a computer battery which did not work and I had to pay to send it back to them in China. This was the first deceptive indication as their website leads you to believe you are dealing with a UK company in Portsmouth and says NOTHING about China. They sent me a second one, which only partially worked. They then offered a 60% refund or I had to pay to mail it back again, which I did for 'testing'. They never followed up and when I emailed I received a quick response that I would receive a refund within 24 hours. Two weeks and half a dozen emails later they are unresponsive.
