Today i noticed £19.95 was taken from my account which meant i had an additional £20 charge as a direct debit could not be taken when i phoned the woman was really unhelpfull and told me it was my fault i did ask for the free 30 day trial which did not work and gave me a number to call but as it was a trial i didnt bother and thought that was the end of it as i did not sign up to pay the following month i am not happy as im a single mother and that £40 is alot of money which i now have to put back.
