I ordered a free trial on the 7th March and I was charged ($3.87 - £2.63) which debited my account on the 9th March. I am still waiting for my 'free trial' and my account was then charged a further ($87.47 - £59.76) which debited my account on the 16th March (not 10days!). I haven't received the item in order to try it, why would I want to part with money without the product. I phoned the call centre to cancel (on 10th day - today) and I was told I couldn't until I return the product which hasn't even been sent set and it's still the 17th March. All I want is a refund for the 2nd amount debited as this is unjustified! This has happened to my Mother too exact same days and amounts.
