I feel such an idiot... I should have realized that when I was asked for my credit card details FOR THE FREE TRIAL that something was amiss!! I thought ok give my details for the posting and packaging and I will not receive any further products unless I continue and sign up... oh no... £74.54 is deducted from my credit card.
I phoned the company 7 Aug who gave me a cancellation number and was advised that ' someone would send me an e-mail within 5 days about my suggestion to return the product and get a refund!! ' I'm not waiting...
Today I thought I would do some research. Hey presto complaint after complaint.
I have returned the product with a letter asking for an immediate refund and have also cancelled my credit card as I do want any further deductions to be made. It's a hassle but better to be safe than even sorrier. No way will I ever sign up for any FREE TRIAL/OFFERS AGAIN.
