Total Glaze installed windows recently where we lost the phone service and made some damage in the bathroom and bedroom. They did not advise about the damage and we have had to subsequently pay nearly £130 to get BT to sort out the phone line. Also the workman kept on swearing which did not show professionalism.
We contacted Total Glaze to advise about this and they advised that they would get someone to contact us about the issue as they had to come out to get the money. We advised that we had already sent the money and have not heard anything from them. I assume as they have the money they do not care. I would not use this company at all and advise others to stay away.
