I responded to an advert via the internet. The product was for 'life cleanse' . I purchased the free trial product as the company literature online stated that I would only pay £3.95 GBP and that this was for posting only. I have to found that I was charged $118.63 USD which at my banks conversion rate, equates to £74.73 GBP. Due to the nature of some of the other complaints, I have accepted lesson learned. I will go to great effort to ensure that none of my family, friends or work colleagues will be foolish enough to be drawn in by Viv 3 labs. Customer care - for every one person I tell, about Viv 3, they will tell five, and so the ball begins to roll, eventually we will have told everyone and no one will be purchasing from viv 3. The power of 'word of mouth' this is not the financial climate to pulling a scam.
