I recieved a trail bottle of Acai Burn in the mid october with a 30-day money back garentee and put them to one side as i was unexpectedly admitted to hospital, a couple of days after recieving them during my stay at the hospital a recieved a phone call from my bank to tell me that there had been 2 separate payments that had been debitted from my account without my say-so or knowledge which left me quite overdrawn as this money was for household bills, to my knowledge this was only a trail bottle then if i wanted i could carry on and purchese more from you if i was satisifed with the trail product, the debit is as followed, 29th Oct for the sum of 55.31 from "improvehealth" as soon as i was disscharged from hospital i phoned your company about this and talked to a gentleman who assured me that if i returned the un-opened trail bottle that i would get a full refund of these un-athorized payments from my account back which i did straight away i put the trail bottle back into a brown envolope with the return form and address on it and sent it back to you on fri 30th Oct and i have proof of the return form as well if you want to see it. Its now been a week and not heard nothing from you know im please asking you to refund this money back to me as soon as possible as i have to sort something sort term out with my bank till i recieve my money back from you like i was told i would if you could please contact me with your reply to my e-mail: [email protected] thankyou
