I ordered the AcaiSlim & Colon Cleanse products via the website www.australianweightlossproducts.com. I have received the AcaiSlim product but to date still waiting on the Colon Cleanse. On the above website there are no email addresses listed and the telephone number provided is a recorded voice message. I could not get through. I have just cancelled my order by phoning 0011 1 866 989 8945 from Australia. I spoke to a representative straight away and requested to cancel both of my orders. The gentleman gave me a cancellation number and assured me that there will be no further direct debits from my credit card. You must cancel your order within 14 days of ordering your product or you will constantly be charged for the products. I hope the above telephone number helps other people trying to cancel their orders. My financial institution advised me to keep records of all emails, attempted telephone calls etc and if they continue to debit my credit card they will investigate further.
