Purchased a hot tub from consultamt paid in full was told hot tub was fine to be built into decking was given sizes of hot tub by consultant to out builder (of which were wrong) once they installed after 3 atempts hot tub is completely broken nothing works, and it does not hold water it emptys! spa serve are refusing to even come out to take a look as they say they cannot service now it is in decking!! they fitted it in there! it will cost me £900 to hire a crane to remove or they would like us to remove all of out very expensive decking (which will ruin it) so they can service! they said I should have know they could not service it whilst it was in the decking! I quote their sales consultant simon!! yes that is fine we will be able to access no problem!!! I am an expert in selling business telephone solutions as me a question about a telephone system i can answer it!! not an expert with hot tubs! and by the looks of it neither are they! there customer service is shocking and once they have your money they do not wanyt to know or care!!
