A free sample of Acai Berry and Life Cleanse was paid for as a sample and the goods arrived with an invoice covering shipping and handling.
I tried the product but was not happy with the caffeine content and so canceled my subscription and any further shipments.
I then found that I was charged the unauthorised payment of $133.49 (CDN) from my credit card. The only goods that have arrived were the free sample - no further product has arrived and no further goods have been ordered.
I did NOT agree to pay for more product and did nothing except complete my name and address and credit card details - I did not tick a box or sign anything which said that I wanted to receive more products or authorize additional charges.
In fact, their terms and conditions stated that I would be refunded if I contact the company within 30 days of the order being placed, which I did.
Attempts to have the unauthorized charge reversed have so far been futile.
