Dear sir /madam

my wife and I visited your restaurant the horse and jockey this was due to an offer made on the internet, which was one meal for £4.99 and a second for £1.00, my wife went to the bar and ordered two drinks and the young lady opened her a tab using her credit card (this we have been advised is illegal) she then asked about the offer we had seen on the net, to which she said "that is nothing to do with us" My wife explained that we had this offer only 10 mins before she said " that head offices fault and nothing do do with us" my wife was extremely up set at her attiude.

we feel we should have some sort of compensation for this.
