Tripod ordered from Jessop's constant lies from Yodel about delivery time needed for wifes birthday, missed the birthday delivery eventually arrived once it had an excursion around Lancashire from one van to another and apparently signed for at one stage, what a samples.
Complain Number 2 for delivery of a replacement camera from Tesco. Deliverer came to door requesting to take the faulty camera, didn't give it as had a feeling when he said there was no camera to replace it with it didn't seem right. Low and behold apparently they have delivered the item and signed for too - not by me... guess what Yodel I have CCTV!!! and saving it.
It really is about time something was done about this company.
