Unbelievably bad service

We spent over an hour discussing and agreeing the design of two rings. Next step was to be a quote. No phone call giving the quote after over a week!
So l rang - we'll ring back. No ring back
So another call and without a really long apology - l have lost all the, paperwork was the response.
End of discussion.
