I booked some lessons for my son stressing how quickly he was planning on taking his test. After 2 weeks of chasing them the driving instructor still had not contacted us to arrange the lessons so I requested a full refund. After getting no response and chasing them again numerous times I finally received an email asking to confirm the card details so that a refund could be made. On doing this and still not receiving any refund I finally managed to contact their accounts department who assured that the refund would be received within 28 days. Needless to say this has expired and I have now commenced legal proceedings for recovery against the company.
