DRIVE DYNAMICS DRIVING SCHOOL

This driving school is a scam and con, I booked 2hours lesson for a starter only to find out if the instructor is good, i was offered to pay £26.50 and later on if i want to book another eight lesson i will only have to pay £75 i thought about it and realized a cheaper and good deal. instructor came 10minutes late was rude and unprofessional, he asked me for my paper license which i did not have it with me but i have my Photo ID license which i should to him and he said in that case i will not be able to teach you a lesson today and even accused me that i have a points in my license, as i got out from his car he shouted loudly with his window open and said thats why you failed for your attitude. i rang the company and they gave me customer service number i rang 3times answer machine and waited for 10secs and then they hanged up to ring their number cost 10p a minute and you will never have the chance to talk to them. emailed them 3 times and no reply, the following morning i rang again and they gave me again another number to ring and the same it doesnt work so i was very angry and frustrated for giving me the wrong information and she transferred my call to the customer service . she would not listen to me and very rude and said i am not allowed for a refund as it was stated on the terms and condition - i was not aware of their terms and condition and was not informed when i booked over the phone that i am not allowed for a refund and should provide my paper license and photo id for my first lesson.

I only found out yesterday about their bad comments on the net.

Misleading offers, irresponsible instructors and rude customer service

This company couldn't do their part of the deal about the 7 hours for £99 on condition of keeping 3 hours for the test week. When the instructor had a car incident they said that if they assign me a new instructor, he/she will not agree to give me the remaining hours including the test week hours for this rate which means that I can't get the remaining 3 hours that I have saved for the test week with the rate that the company offered.

The customer service are rude, when I asked them for replacement and they said they can't the customer service employee said you can take your money from the instructor and go to another driving school.

Also, the instructor refused to give me the money back.
