Jay Spenchian, loan scammer. they want your credit card for ACH payments. They will add money to your credit card so that you can pay a deposit to them. They want you to believe they have done a great thing by paying off your credit card. Only to find out the payment they made is on a closed account. Wonderful right. Jay refuses to provide paperwork until you pay the deposit. I refused to make payment thank GOD... only to find out the payment was made on a closed account.
