Hello,
I wish to complain & be credited for the unauthorised transaction made on my bank account for the debit of approximately £50GBP that "http://www.blubaydvd.com/" have taken!
BluebayDVD were at the time offering free DVDs that I felt was the initial incentive to register on their site & receive such material, though now after two months, they have debited my account of £50GBP & now I am having great difficulties in contacting them on the number provided or via their email address.
I would ask that you report this company to Trading Standards and ensure that victims such as myself are credited back please...
