Blah blah blah... can't even be bothered to go in to the details again (...as have made it my mission to complain about them to as many people as possible) but will say I am £124 poorer large phone bill from numerous complaints probable high blood pressure due to stress and anger caused by this company. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. If you've had problems please contact Watchdog and consumer direct - it's the only way to stop them!
