Gamesbasement are clearly a scam company, I wish I'd have done a bit more research on them before using them, other than just looking at a limited number of reviews which I now assume were written by the company themselves. There are doesens if not hundreds of people online, including myself which have not recieved their orders and then get fobbed off waiting for a refund (3 months and counting since I requested mine now). Stay well clear of them. I am now contacting my bank for assistance with getting my money back, Watchdog and trading standards. I will also contact the police in Gamesbasement's area in london to check them out. They should not be allowed to get away with this.
