I paid $49 for a subscription to this music download website. I was immediately dissatisfied with the service and requested the return in full of the subscription. Given their statement under the heading "Tell me more about your 100% Satisfaction Guarantee:
If you're ever unsatisfied with your membership, you can simply cancel with no further obligations.", I made six requests in total for the refund. I have been fobbed off with instructions on how to improve the downloading process and with offers of alternative services (e.g., downloading eBooks), neither of which I have the remotest interest in. I simply want my money as is promised on the website under FAQ
