Faulty goods not replaced

Ordered a box set of a popular tv show from these people in June. The set consists of 47 discs and it arrived after about two weeks. To be safe I checked each disc played ok when I received them. All the discs were fine except one which has Chinese subtitles. Have sent numerous emails and received numerous promises to replace the faulty disc but I've now given up. Dvdmd.tv have no intention of replacing the faulty disc. Judging by the complaints on the web I'm lucky to only have one faulty disc. Don't buy from these rip-off artists, pay a little extra and be assured of decent customer service.
