A small parcel was sent on 3rd Febuary 2012 from Sri Lanka to me, K.G.Mahadeva, 307, Roding Lane North, Woodford Green, Essex, IG8 8LH, UNITED KINGDOM. On checking on line- www.track-trace.com/post its reveals that it hass come to UK on 19th February thereafter it doesn't show what has happened to the parcel, its not delivered to me up to day.
Royal Mail & Parcel force say it has come to UK but they do not say what is the fate of the parcel now,
It will be greatly appreciated if you kindly let me know with whom I have to take up this matter.
