Booked a hotel through elounda.com (one of the many Interdynamic companies) last September for 2, 066 euros and when I received the confirmation, the room was not what I had ordered.By the time they had responded to my various emails, they could not actually provide the room requested at the amount already deducted from my credit card and so we ended up in a different hotel for 1, 450 euros. Eleni Sofios, the reservation manager and who also appears to be an exec director of the company confirmed that the balance would be refunded. 6 months later and telephone calls every other week along with being passed to different people who then never call you back, I still do not have the refund due. Its now in the hands of the credit card who are also attempting to contact the retailer. This company seems to have won lots of awards for customer service but I do not understand why. Do not use this companies websites and only ever book over the phone if you are going to use them to make sure everything is in order. Most other reputable travel companies actually appear to be much cheaper than Interdynamic in any case and so check with them first!
