I ordered some dresses from tidebuy. They advised that shopping was free. I paid almost £60.00 delivery charges as they sent each one separately.
To top it all the quality of the items was very poor and I'll fitting. I'm trying to return them and get a refund and they're making it very difficult.
Now they're saying that I can't have a refund as I didn't return them within 7 days. Actually this is rubbish I've been liaising with them for weeks and my complaint was submitted within 24 hours.
How do I get my money back.?
