Very poor Customer Service, I have been a customer in this store for the last ten years and up until now was always treated and greeted in a friendly manner by all staff, The staff always seemed very helpful towards my self and other customers, TODAY SEEMED TO BE AN EXCEPTION I BOUGHT A SUIT TO THE SHOP FOR A REFUND WHICH I PURCHASED A FEW WEEKS AGO AS THE WEDDING HAS BEEN CALLED OFF SINCE, AND I NO LONGER REQUIRE THE SUIT, DUE TO MY DEMENTIA I TOOK OF THE TAG AND HAVE LOST MYTILL RECEIPT, I DO WORK FOR A CHARITY MY SELF MARIE CURIE AND ALSO i HAVE AN MBE FOR GOODCUSTOMER SERVICE I WAS APPALLED TO BE TREATED IN SUCH A MANNER TODAY THAT THE MEMBER OF STAFF WHO I BELIEVE IS THE MANAGER OF THE STORE COULD BE SO RUDE, I WILL NOT BE RETURNING TO THIS STORE AS IT WAS QUITE EMBARRASSING FOR ME TODAY ALSO ONE MEMBER OF STAFF HAD ALREADY TOLD ME TO TAKE GOODS TO THE AMOUNT OF MY PURCHASE WHOWEVER THE MANAGER WALKED IN AND SAID DO YOU HAVE A RECEIPT AND AS I SAID EARLYER I DO HAVE DEMENTIA WHICH IS WHY I MISLAY THINGS BUT I DID THINK THAT THE MANAGER WOULD HAVE A BIT OF UNDERSTANDING AS I WAS SPEAKING WHITH HER A LOT IN THE PAST SO SHE DOES KNOW ABOUT MY ILLNESS, PS I AM WRITTING THIS EMAIL ON BEHALF OF MY FREIND YVONNE FARLAM MBE AS SHE DOES NOT DO COMPUTER AND WOULD BE GRATEFUL IF YOU COULD KINDLY LOOK IN TO THIS FOR ME AS TO MAKE HER FEEL A BIT BETTER ABOUT COMING INTO YOUR STORE AGAIN MANY THANKS C FOWLER NICHOLSON
