After booking a train journey online with Trainline, there was an offer of 15 pounds sterling discount, I signed into the shoppersdiscount.co.uk to apply for the said discount. This was never sent to me despite several emails reclaiming this amount. I did NOT enter my debit cards details on this site, however I have been debited 10 pounds sterling from my account for the last 3 months.
