I hired a vehicle on 25th September. On collection of the vehicle they were paid 179.00 pounds being 29.00 pounds for the hire of the vehicle per day and 150.00 pounds being a security deposit. The vehicle was returned on the 26th September. He indicated that the deposit would be refunded within 7 days. To date they have not responded to emails, phone calls and other means of communication. They are a Hertz Car Hire dealership and therefore I would recommend that if you are needing to hire a car in Carmarthen that you do not make use of this dealership.
