I did a 10 day cruise on the Queen Victoria the week before Christmas and by the day we docked in Southampton I was feeling really bad, I had to go to the hospital where I found I had an infection and was there for 7 days with E Coli which reading on the Internet comes from badly prepared meat, chicken, brussel sprouts and spinnage. Well I had a very rare steak which I normally don't eat in this state, and I sent back chicken that tasted funny on Thursday night, we docked Saturday. I had a very arrogant Jacqueline Gillespie
Customer Services Executive tell me its not their fault and obviously I had an upset stomach which was totally not the case, and I must have not being accustomed due to a change in diet, unaccustomed amounts of rich food and drink, this being my 26 cruise and I had never had a problem before.
Their attitude leaves much to be desired and I want to warn potential passengers of Carnival Cruises attitude
