My 78yr. old mother and her 80yr. old childhood and another lady stayed 11/09 at the Hilton Hotel before leaving on their Carnival cruise 11/10 when boarding the ship and getting to their cabins they realized the porters had not put their baggage on the shuttle to the ship... they notified the personel and they contacted the hotel..but still never received their luggage they never did get their luggage they were on the ship for 9 deays... they had to buy new clothes and toiletries for the trip while aboard the ship... which is very expensive... they are both on limited incomes... now they have been home for 1 week and still don't have their things... the cruise did nothing then to help them and are unwilling to now..
