British Airways Customer Service 2/10

Hi, I bought a BA Ticket From Paris via London Heathrow to Johannesburg in South Africa. I am an Airline Crew Member and had to deliver an Aircraft to Le Bourget Airport in Paris. As I was a crew Member in Transit, I bought a One Way Ticket from Paris to Johannesburg online using my Credit Card. I did the same on 02 January and again on 06 January with no problems.

I arrived August 29 Paris the evening, Friday the 30th Early morning I went to the checkin counter at the airport to confirm everything and was advised by the supervisor that checkin for these flights only will start later and that she checked online for me everything is okay. I returned 3 hours before boarding time, dressed in full uniform to the checkin counter where the same lady was. She advised me that because I do not have a transit Visa for the international in Transit only area at London the cannot allow me on this flight. She then redirected me to their Customer relations lady that said she will cancel the ticket and refund me then she said that I should go to Air France and buy myself another ticket there which I did at 4 x the cost. I haven't heard One word from BA now in more than 2 months.
