We have made a booking for flight tickets and car rental by E Bookers in May unfortunatly my husband passed away 2 weeks after doing the booking! Since end May i have tried several times to ask them to help me to at least change the seat to a friends name ...in which they refused to do so! Amonth ago i have once again contacted them and no help at all! Now the last few weeks we have contacted KLM the airlines which should have been used and they said no only E-Bookers can do the refund! We have paid over R12000.00pp for these tickets and now after a fight they are only willing to pay back R9000.00! How is this possible! As if it is not hard enough to go through the tragedy of your husbands death they now take money as pleased! This is really bad and incompotance from their side!
