Booked a Flybe trip from Birmingham to Glasgow on [URL Removed] for the price of GBP139. Got to airport and was charged GBP 40 for ONE suitcase (small). Told it would be same on return journey unless booked in advance. Went to Flybe site and entered booking reference under "check in bags" and got nowhere. Called the call centre and held for 30 minutes at "10 pence per minute plus network extras". Still no human being picking up the line. Are these guys taking the ****? What a cheap skanky budget airline.
