Booked 2 night stay in a Travelodge Glasgow Central at the end of November, its was disgusting, the room was cold smelt of stale urine the sheets were filthy and as for the bathroom lets not go there. To top all that we had people in the next two rooms who were shouting swearing until 5am! they were very dodgy indeed we could not call reception as there is no phone in the room, anyway there was noone at reception the door was locked at 10pm what does that tell you. Iwrote and complained and basically was told it was the time of the year!! I honestly dont know how that place stays open it is no way upto standard and safety wise an open book! I will never stay in a Travelodge again their customer service is a disgrace you just need to go on website Tripadvisor to find that out wish i did it before hand!!!
